My Sunbeam Bread Machine

I am Alan C. Jones and I have discovered that I have worm hands.

Because of it, my pastry and bread making efforts were taking me nowhere until I’ve got my favorite bread maker. And, boy, did that change my life and that of my family. Luckily for you, I am sharing all knowledge I've gained and I'm writing down all the tips I gathered so you will have it much easier.

My best and most simple recipe: (4 1/3 c flour, 1 1/3 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt (rock/sea salt), 1 1/4 tsp yeast). Add to it whatever you wish (Sometimes, I like to add a dash of olive oil and chopped sundried tomatoes).
